How to Apply

1) Download and complete our application form and email preferably in word doc format to info@cpta.org.uk

2)​ If you are applying for Level 2 or Level 3, and your application is straightforward, and you are clearly suitable for the course applied for, then you will receive an offer and enrollment form which you will have to complete and return with your deposit to secure a place on the course.

3) Applicants for Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 must provide certificates or evidence of passing previous level counselling training course. A tutor reference will be required.

4) All applicants for Level 4, Level 5 Level 6 will require interview, subject to places available on course options.

5) Note that all places are subject to availability and enrollment terms and payment options will be indicated in the enrollment form sent to you.
